Welcome to the team Coach Renee!
My name is Renee Blom, I’m 14 years old and I was born and raised in Chilliwack. I just finished my first season playing hockey for the Chilliwack Warriors U15 female team. Chilliwack Minor Hockey Association
This season I won two heart and hustle awards and most improved on my team and my team won the playoff banner and two tournaments. I was inspired to start playing hockey after I went to a Female Learn to play camp hosted by Beaudies Hockey Ringette Skating & Warriors Ice Sports Training Society and CMHA in 2022, and ever since then hockey has been one of my favourite things.
As well as playing hockey, I also do ice scraping sponsored by Beaudies Hockey for the Chilliwack Chiefs during every game, and after going to so many games and becoming involved with the team, I’d say I’m a #1 fan!
I just recently started coaching but as time goes on, I hope to coach more and more!
