Coach Brody

We are excited to announce our newest Summer Coach. Welcome Coach Brody Kragh to Warriors Ice Sports Training Society.

Coach Brody and Debbie met each other back in 2014 while coaching skating and hockey for the Canucks Autism Network in South Surrey. Coach Brody and Debbie remained in touch and in the past year Coach Brody started to teach for Beaudies Warrior Academy of Hockey, Ringette & Skating in the Academy of Skating and Hockey programs. This summer Coach Brody will be found on the ice in various program in the City of Chilliwack at the Chilliwack Coliseum with Warriors Ice Sports Training Society (WISTS).

Get to know Coach Brody:

Coach Brody played his minor hockey with Langley Minor Hockey Association and is currently playing as an adult on an elite team where players are selected all over North America who are transgendered. players selected for this team provide younger players the hope and sense of belonging that they too can transition, be accepted and continue to play the sport they love in a safe, inclusive place. Brody is on Team Trans and Trans Wave. Coach Brody has over 20 years of playing and 10 years of coaching.

Coach Brody not only plays and teaches hockey, but also works with neuro diverse kiddos of all ages who have autism, ADHD, FASD and other challenges. Brody has the abilities to adapt a typical program or setting that might be a struggle for them and help them have success and grow in a safe environment
