Warriors FUNdamentals of Hockey @ Chilliwack Coliseum

Program Information

Saturday’s – April 12, 19, May 3, 10, 31, June 7, 21, 28

Ages: 2013 to 2021 

Time: 10:45 to 11:45am

Warriors FUNdamentals of Hockey is designed for children who can skate without assistance, have a desire to play hockey or are new to the game and looking to improve.  The program will help to prepare students for hockey and additional Warrior programs.  Warrior coaches will provide an on-ice instruction ratio of 1:6 to provide small class sizes to provide generous player development throughout the program!

Prerequisite for participation: This program is best suited for those that have passed Tot or Youth Silver in our Academy of Skating programs or who are currently playing hockey at a house level but looking to improve on their skating and skills.

Equipment:

• CSA approved Hockey Helmet and Cage, BNQ neck guard with ALL equipment including a stick.  
  • skates, shin pads, hockey socks, jock/jill shorts, hockey pants, shoulder pads, elbow pads, jersey, gloves, neck guard, helmet, cage, stick, sock tape, hockey bag and water bottle (under layer of clothing)
• No exceptions, all equipment must be worn.
