~ Warriors Train to Excel Ringette Development Camp ~
2025, Train to Excel Ringette Devolpment Camp will provide the total Ringette Development experience by combining Power Skating & Skills. Warrior Coaches will provide formal and corrective instruction in proper balance and weight transfer, elongated strides and leg recovery, inside/outside edges including open hips, mohawks, pivots and transitions. Coaches will work on power starts, explosive maneuvers, stopping to increase the players speed and agility. During the skills sessions, players will work on passing, shooting, timing and game play situations.

Dates: 9 sessions: Friday April 4, 11, 25, May 2, 23, 30, June 6, 13, 20
Time: 5:45 to 7:00pm
Price: $625 + GST
