~ COED: Warriors Train to Compete Adult Spring Hockey Camp ~

2025, Train to Compete Adult Spring Hockey Camp will provide the total Adult Hockey Development experience by combining Power Skating and Skills.  Warrior Coaches will provide formal and corrective instruction in proper balance and weight transfer, elongated strides and leg recovery, inside/outside edges and open hips, pivots and transitions, power starts, explosive maneuvers and stopping, to increase the players speed and agility.  During the Skills Sessions, players will work on passing, shooting, checking, body positioning, timing, and game play situations.  Our Coaches will educate players on the importance of skating, skills and player development through small mini games which will allow for more puck touches, more, shots and more overall ice time thus improving basic core hockey skills.  Program is great for players and goalies.

Dates: 9 Session: Friday’s April 4, 11, 25, May 2, 23, 30, June 6, 13, 20

Time: 7:15 to 8:30pm 

Price: $625 + GST 

Early Bird Price: $575 + GST (now to March 1^st, 2025)

Coaches: Power Skating with Debbie, Skill Development with Mike and we can provide a goalie coach for goalies looking for development.
