Warriors Bar Down Skating & Skills for Ringette

Warriors Bar Down Skating & Skills is designed for players to continue to learn and expand on the proper techniques in skating to incrase speed and agility.  Coaches will cover agility for maneuvering and deception while also providng improvement in their ring handling, protection, and shooting techniques.  We look at proper stick length, weight transfer, hand positioning, body movement, accuracy, and many other dynamics to improve the athletes skating, ring movement and shooting skills. 

Prerequisite: 

• Student has been in ringette, taken and/or has advanced out of Warriors Power Skating, or Warriors Academy of Skating Tot or Youth GOLD. 

Ages: Based on upcomig 2025/26 Season

• U12, U14, U16 @ 7:45 to 8:45am (60 mins)

Dates:

• April 12, 19, May 3, 10, 31, June 7, 21, 28 (8 sessions)
• $320+ GST

Drop-in: $45.00 + GST
